The Skinny: Dracula is probably way under-seeded. Maybe I fucked up, maybe I forgot about him when I was creating the bracket. Shit Happens. Either way, Dracula is as iconic as they come, from Lugosi to Gary Oldman, almost every incarnation of Dracula adds a new wrinkle to an awesome character.
